Billy Chapman serves as President at Precision Solar Renewables (PSR). Mr. Chapman brings over 20 years of leadership experience overseeing wind, solar and battery storage power generation projects to the PSR team. He is responsible for managing strategic direction, growth initiatives, and overseeing business operations.

Before joining PSR, Mr. Chapman served as Vice President at White Construction a MasTec Company, where he had operational and P&L responsibility for the Union Solar Business.

Mr. Chapman served in multiple roles from project manager to Vice President of Renewables for several construction firms whose core business was Renewable EPC projects centered on both subcontracted and self-perform services. This direct management involved approximately 3.5 GW of wind EPC construction, 500MW battery storage and 2.8GW of solar EPC construction across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Mr. Chapman is a Veteran of the United States Navy and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Texas El Paso.
