Safety is an integrated value which is factored into the planning and construction of every Precision Solar renewables project. The principle is simple: safety is everyone's responsibility.
Precision Solar Renewables (PSR) is committed to protecting what is literally the life of our company – our employees safety has always been our biggest concern, as we want to ensure that employees go home every single night to their families. It is our biggest priority to invest in the proper safety equipment and ongoing training for all employees so that they are fully equipped to perform their job at the highest level.
At PSR, all employees and subcontractors are required to adhere to the provisions set forth in our health and safety program, which is set up to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). Employees are encouraged to not only report all unsafe acts and conditions, but to also participate in creating safe solutions through our internal awards and recognition program. An accident-free work environment is simply the right thing to do for our customers and everyone involved.

SAFETY MEETINGS
Conducted weekly at all projects, and daily during periods of peak activity, safety meetings are performed by one of our field supervisors and address specific topics and concerns. Owner representatives often attend and speak at these meetings too.
Precision Solar Renewables Safety Culture begins at the top.
