As Director of Pre-Construction, Mr. Seamons works to create the vision and cadence for a successful project process. Through strategic engineering and procurement practices, the PSR team can make the stages of project development an enjoyable experience for the customer.

Prior to joining Precision Solar Renewables in 2022, Mr. Seamons worked for over 15 years in the solar and electrical industries where he held roles such as director of operations, operations manager, journeymen lead electrician, head estimator. These roles included scheduling, estimating, developing contracts, budgets, vendor relations, fleet management, personnel management, installation, programming. He has worked at Behr Mountain Electric, Sunus Alpenglow LLC, and in the New York, Maine, Texas, Salt Lake City and Park City markets.
