Ellie Matherly serves as Proposal Manager/Document Control at Precision Solar Renewables (PSR). Ms. Matherly has nearly 10 years of experience in document control, along with approximately 8 years in proposal management. She joins PSR from IEA.

Ms. Matherly thrives in collaborative environments and has extensive experience with proposal composition for wind, solar, battery storage, as well as power generation projects over the course of her years. She works effectively with cross-functional teams to support the pre-construction needs in the renewable energy sectors. Ms. Matherly consistently applies organized, disciplined methods focused on efficiency and best practices to create accurate, compliant and detailed proposals. 

Ms. Matherly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana State University of Terre Haute, Indiana. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to warm climates, kayaking, fishing, and time with her four grown children as well her red heeler pup.
